Hmmm ... not entirely sure, but I know I want to come, with bib and fork in hand, and join you!
Ok I'm stumped. The best I've come up with is an italian version of chicken kiev/cordon bleu made with veal instead of chicken.

I'll plump for veal parmigiana with mushroom sauce. Maybe with a nice little Chianti.

My guess is you're trying to improve on that veal from Mama Lina's. I'm having your tuna from a few entries back! :)
